Super Bowl 50!

February 1st, 2016

So two games I helped deliver have gone live at Super Bowl 50! This is super exciting and I need to thank the awesome folks at Bristle Immersive. This is the second large scale project I have done with them. The first was the Bespoke project for the Westfield mall.

Custom VR/Dev Rig 1.0, Train Jam, and GDC!

February 19th, 2015

So this is a project I have been working on the past month or so in my spare time. It is a custom mobile dev machine/VR demo box. It has a built in 2k screen, a GTX 980, and it is all powered off a single cable. The issue I face with client work and demoing my indie stuff is having a high powered mobile box that is easy to carry and that I can fly to shows with. I am bringing it with me on the Train Jam and will hopefully be using it to dev on. That should be pretty fun.

Please check out the following video:

These are some pics of the build,  some shots of it in use at the Austin VR meetup and some shots of it at Unity’s office in Austin, TX.

VR, Austin, and VR!

February 15th, 2015

Heya y’all!

So I up and relocated to Austin. Things have been awesome since the move. I have been doing a bunch of work for various companies. This past quarter it has been mostly VR projects.

1. Various cool projects for Arch Virtual.

2. I worked on a port of an indie game to Google Cardboard for Owlchemy Labs.

3. A touch screen project for Westfield that included a VR Component.

Have also been doing other mobile, desktop, and webplayer projects for various companies. Things are awesome! Anyways keep your eyes peeled for a new video coming up soon about a VR related project I have been working on to make things easier.
